“WHEN YOU ARE A TICK” is a violent surreal comedy - A Clockwork Orange meets a philosophy seminar. When a gang of young Brits finds a philosophy book by Frietzsche in a stolen briefcase, they begin conceptualising their crimes, drifting toward increasingly extreme views. It is a funny, dark exploration of where radicalisation begins.

The production features live songs, an accordion-led score, and highly physical theatre. The "crimes" are contrasted with verbatim monologues based on true stories of radical worldview shifts.
